This BX definitely needs some work to maintain military standards. The floors are cracked, the walls dingy. I was disappointed when I compared prices of several items (soil, blouses, make up) with the prices downtown. Even with the tax savings, I was able to save $37 on potting soil by driving to Menards.
Good “GoodKat” Kat
Good place to shop, Clean, bright and for the most part in stock. Customer service is on par with most Exchanges, but nothing to write home about. I would like to see the gaming and supplement section a little more competitive. I do not like having to go to GAMESTOP or GNC as they offer no service member benefits.....when the Exchange can.

Very nice and large well stocked exchange. We have shopped there several times during our stay at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Exchange employees are very helpful helping someone that is new to this facility locating their shopping needs.
DARNOC
Researched. TV online, online showed there where 7 of the make and model I wanted. Drove there to get it and they had zero. One thing remains consistent. Whether it was when growing up as a dependent or the time spent in during a full …

No
I would imagine you can find a figurine or something there. But, im not sure.
Yes sir it does. You can come in the exchange or go to shopmyexchange.com
I am a disabled vet with "service connected" on my VA card. As of January 2020, I am allowed to visit and shop on base. I can also take visitors with valid ID
Yes, if he has been in the military. Just need to speak with someone at the main gate visitor's center. Or he would need to be sponsored by someone who has the ability to sponsor people.
It's located in the Exchange where there is also a shop directly next to the Uniform store that will tailor your purchased uniform to fit your exact size.
Hmmm... Google asked me to answer this so I'll do my best. Only a few bases do public events and while I'm not entirely sure what the Fall Beauty Event is, I can almost guarantee that if it's at the on post store than it will not be public. You can however get a pass at the visitor center (ID, insurance card, reason for visit). Sorry if I ranted. I'll look into it though. Note: regardless, only service members and their families can purchase everything at the post store. Medical, tobacco, alcohol, and a few other things can't be purchased by a visitor.
We need to have our id badge made what time do you close ?
Just military and dependents and retirees. Civilian employees who work on the base can do so as well
Only members with a valid military id can purchase anything. Generally, dependents that are in DEERS can get an id
Yes
