The grounds are well maintained, the pond had plenty of open areas for fishing. They should move the disc golf away from the pond.

Yes dogs are allowed
Yes thete is tent camping. And it is within 30 minutes.
If you're not a County resident the price for an RV lot is $25/nt at Dubois County Park.
