I have to say thank you David because he went above and beyond. Believe it or not I had a really bad experience with other attorneys here in Miami and David was the chosen not by me but by God to get the peace back to my life. Thank you David. As I said before: God bless you and your family.

I had a bad experience with a previous lawyer , DAVID WAS IS AMAZING.He did what he said and the bill never changed. I will never use another lawyer other than him in Florida. Don't be tricked by someone, David is everything you need in a lawyer. He responds directly and ALWAYS AVAILABLE to you. I had a impossible case he worked things out for me. I will keep him on my cases until I am done with the DOC. UPDATE I am done , Thank You David.

Mr. David is an amazing lawyer as well as an amazing human just to say the minimum , I couldn’t be happier that I choose to hire him plus he was recommend by another great person. He guided me through the whole time and was very attentive of how I was feeling in those hard moments and I think that was the most important part of this. I highly recommend him and I think if you are reading this review you should do to. He showed me who he is in court and he showed who is at the office.More than excellent… Luis Thank you again

Mr. Edelstein helped a family member of mine. He was very knowledgeable and also a sincere attorney who helped the case promptly and professionally. The case was dismissed without any charges. We are so glad to find him and recommend him to people who are looking for wrongly charged cases.

A significant percentage of our clients have been wrongfully accused of crimes. We regularly represent professionals who have never had contact with the criminal justice system before and are facing shoplifting, domestic violence charges, DUI, etc.
Yes. Our firm regularly represents clients in federal criminal investigations and federal criminal court cases.
Yes. We offer free in-office consultations to potential clients who have been criminally charged or are under criminal investigation.
When someone comes to see me for a consultation about their case, it is completely irrelevant to me whether or not they are factually "innocent." In the criminal law, there are only two findings a jury can make: guilty or not guilty. The jury can't find a defendant innocent, nor is it their responsibility to determine if someone is innocent. As a criminal defense attorney, my job is to advocate for my client within the bounds of the law and ethics. It is the State or Federal government's job to prove that my client is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt if they want to take away his or her freedom. And it's my job to make sure that the prosecutor is held to this very high standard. Any moral decision about pleading guilty or not guilty has to be made by the client and the client alone. I'm not a pastor or rabbi. My counsel and advice is limited to the law. I'm an advocate, and it's important that people be able hire an attorney to represent them without fearing that they'll be judged.
There are three criminal lawyers in our law firm. I am the principal defense attorney in the firm and the other two attorneys are affiliated with the firm as "of counsel."
Yes, in addition to representing clients who have already been arrested and/or charged with a crime, we can also assist clients who have outstanding warrants.
We limit our practice exclusively to criminal defense in Miami and other counties throughout the State of Florida.
Although we do not formally offer payment plans, we are always willing to discuss financial arrangements with potential clients based on their individual financial circumstances.
Is your question whether you can "sue?"
Most of the time in Florida, but I can take a case anywhere, particularly if it is a federal case.
