Everyone from reception to the nurses and the vet that took care of me and my boy Opie, simply amazing! Thank you so much. You guys are the best around! They put all my worries away. The vet was so knowledgeable & every one was so kind. 10/10 would recommend everyone take your animals here! The other vets didn’t seem to know about Persians or even do a thorough check up, so I’ve stayed worried about my kitty for about a year. I finally gave this place a shot and now I have no worries anymore. They are clean, smart and kind. They even took the time to hear about all my concerns. Thank you so much again.

AVC has been great taking care of our boy . They are quick with returning calls of concern or questions

Showed up 4 minutes late to being the 15 minutes early before appointment time. Appointment at 10, showed up and called at 9:49. Waited on hold to check in for 13 minutes. Then I am told that they let someone else go before me because I was not checked in on time. Now I have been waiting for 47 minutes so far since my appointment time for my dog to be seen. This is absurd. Im sure they will charge me full price and everything though. "We are short staffed" is not an excuse. If you cant take the appointment load, dont make so many. Not the first time this happened. Happened with my other dog too. Guess I need to switch vets.

I should give one star, but the staff were amazing so I wanted to give them credit and the staff don't set the prices. Which leads to my poor review. I had to take my dog to an ER vet to save her life after going into heart failure to the tune of $4000. I had to get her rechecked with blood pressure and blood work 10 days later. With meds that was $200. They said if I go local then could save money. This was unfortunately not the case. I paid double. They charged me for the office visit even though it was a recheck and charged nearly $60 just to check her blood pressure. I will just have to go back to the ER 30 minutes away rather than use my neighborhood vet. So unfortunate. Again, staff and vet went above and beyond. The check out person even price matched her meds to save a good chunk of change.

Call them
Contacting the Vet Clinic would be your best bet, they will give you honest answers.
Hello Daina, Our main phone number to call is 508-226-8046. I can assure you that we are open and answering phones constantly. Comcast has now changed their busy signal to an automated message rather than a busy signal, much to our frustration, but are unable to change it. Please keep trying, we are in a position where once we hang up with one call, another comes in right away- for all of our phone lines, in addition to our many newly added roll overs. In veterinary medicine nationwide, we have experienced an increase in demand for our services, as well as Covid related staff shortages, which have happened simultaneously since March 2020. We are committed to helping all animals in need, but it may take several attempts to get through to us. Thanks so much for your understanding and your patience.
Just call them
yes
I don't work there so I don't know. Try sending them an email directly. This site is for people who've taken their pets there
If an emergency then I'd say yes. But from my experience setting up an appointment is preferred.
