Owner, or previous owner, as this was a little over a year ago, is rude and disrespectful to customers. My father is disabled and is unable to communicate his words well at times and the owner made a comment as my father walked away, suggesting that he was stupid. Needless to say, my mother chewed him out for it. RUDE.

Went in last Saturday to purchase a pool robot. Had a model in mind. Asked a guy about it and told me that there was no such model. He then looked it up in a book and saw it and said it wouldn't work for my pool and didn't have it in stock.. I already did the research and knew it would. Tried to upsell on a model they had in stock which didn't work for my budget. He did say he could sell me a slightly cheaper model but would mark on my receipt cannot return because he thought would not work for me. He stated once again " I don't want to sound like a d*** head but i will mark it on the receipt." Couldn't get out of there fast enough. I bought the robot I was originally looking elsewhere and works great .. couldn't be happier. Wish I told him did sound like d*** head. Guy was clueless when it came to robots. Never Again !!!
