updated post: up from 3 to 4 stars (not 5 because FCAC originally charged me for repair that was on them...I contacted Firestone same day...they responded same day and next day called to refund for repair. Good on them for making it right). original post: FCAC installed 4 new tires (reasonably priced)...staff was friendly. next day on highway, noticed vibrations. suspected bad balance work (or maybe a weight came off (benefit of doubt))...2 weeks later, had low pressure on RF; 2 weeks later had low pressure on LR (both from bad bead/seals). brought truck back in....staff said b/c i didn't buy hazard coverage, none of the work was covered. not sure why bad install work isn't covered. repair wasn't steep but should have been a courtesy. gave 3 stars instead of 1 because at least the repair was done quickly and the staff answered my questions.

The convenience of the fact they are open on Sundays is great. Just because there is an opening for an appointment online doesn't mean they will take you. When you book an appointment, you are in total limbo and they will only contact you if they can take you. If it's urgent, I recommend calling.

Got oil change done (with $15 off coupon best price around). They told me my battery was Dead. I brought it back to Advanced Auto Parts where I had purchased it. It was 1 month before my 3 year warranty ran out. Battery changed for free. Went back & gave each of the people who had helped me $5. They saved me over $100 to replace battery. Wish I had more to give them, but on fixed income. Obviously they were trying to up sell, but doing there due diligents (vehicle check) would have paid off had my battery still not been under warranty. It also gave me peace of mind my vehicle was safe. Coupon was still available for my next oil change, about a month & a half later. Can't beat the price & service with coupon. If I need something important done to my vehicle, this is first place I'm bringing it.

The staff was courteous and offered some good solutions to fix my problem. They were ready for my vehicle on time. I'll be going back for an oil change soon. Good service is hard to find so give this place a try.
