Today I went to this nail salon at noon and I was refused service because I had my service dog with me. She started asking questions that she is not supposed to ask and insisted that I either put my dog in a bag or put her in the car in the heat which fully defeats the purpose of having a support animal. When I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me so I asked another employee and at that time she told the other employee not to give out her name or anyone else's at the salon. I have multiple letters from doctors and my dog is a registered service pet. Even though I am not required to show proof I offered too so that I could get my nails done. I tried to give her the card with the laws on it but she would not take it.
