Comcast has now changed their busy signal to an automated message rather than a busy signal, much to our frustration, but are unable to change it. Please keep trying, we are in a position where once we hang up with one call, another comes in right away- for all of our phone lines, in addition to our many newly added roll overs. In veterinary medicine nationwide, we have experienced an increase in demand for our services, as well as Covid related staff shortages, which have happened simultaneously since March 2020. I tried calling that number also. Why dont they have an answering machine for the high volume calls?
