They never update their website times so you always have to call and make sure it's open before you go

I love the yoga classes and the friendly staff! The equipment is well-maintained, the hours are great, and there are plenty of classes to choose from.

Questions & Answers

When will the treadmill or any of the cardio equipment resume some sort of entertain. The equipment have none for at least a week and half. Unacceptable when members pay for the service to the facility. Or is this not included? Can someone answer?

The wellness center doesn't have a basketball court, but the YMCA 5 points location on Tucker Avenue does.

While the Wellness Center Branch does not have a pool, members are welcome to swim at the Five Points Branch or Rahway Branch. Schedules are available in our mobile app and online at www.tgfymca.org/schedules
