Life is easier if you make an appointment, you'll be out within 20-30 minutes from the time you check-in. Efficient staff don't waste your time once you are in. The parking is only 50¢ for 1 hour & 25¢ for 30 minutes. It's cheap. Only reason I gave 4 stars because Walk-ins have to wait forever. I waited 2 hours on my first visit since I didn't know about the waiting time. Then I had to request multiple times to let me in. My next visits were very smooth without any complaints. Leadership need to manage/plan the walk-in service more efficiently.

A 1-star rating is way too much for this place. There is no difference between a walk-in and an appointment. Tried calling to get more information about drug testing but could never get through to anyone but the automated system. Customer service is atrocious. I recommend going to another location.
