This place has always had terrible customer service. I stopped going here because the wait times were always off. 20 min would turn into an hour and when I would go to pick up my food the employees would just be standing around not doing anything. After three years of not eating here I thought it would be different once they joined UberEats but that is not the case. I just ordered online and UberEats ended up having to cancel my order after going through five different drivers and waiting for over an 1 hour and 30 minutes for a 15 piece!!! Very sad. I guess some things never change. Avoid this location if you can.

Nothing like a 30 minute drive home just to discover RAW chicken. Ridiculous. They forgot half my order originally and we had to go back to pick up forgotten tenders. This is disgusting. Someone can get seriously sick. And the phones don’t work to be able to call back.

I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wings and only received 9. The fries were burnt and hard. I also ordered cheese dip but they gave me ranch instead. The only thing good about it was the wings.

I think the is the number 1 so for wings in Memphis, Wing Stop😂 I got the 6 piece combo. I got half Cajun and half Louisiana rub two of my favorites, sometimes it's hard to choose. And everybody knows about the famous seasoned fries at Wingstop. If you haven't tried this you need to... leave out the ketchup and get their homemade ranch you won't use ketchup again. It's worth the wait for fresh wings and fresh fries that aren't sitting up.
