I ordered a 15 pc wing combo Friday, the wings were good but I didn't get carrots and celery. For $41 and some change I really wanted my carrots and celery.

I drove to Adlines & ordered the tenders today, 4/13/2021. I requested the be cooked hard because I can only eat crunchy chicken. They even put "fried hard" on the receipt. When I got home to eat, I found out the tenders were fried "soft". I could only get one of the four down & just lost my appetite. Tried to call numerous times, but they wouldn't answer the phone. They don't take orders over the phone, so tell me why the line is continuously busy. I was too tired to drive back again. So I guess this is the only place to submit a complaint. I guess they don't care about losing customers as long as they already have your money. I've recommended other people to go there to support their business just as my nephew did with me. That was definitely my last trip there! Thanks Adline for the poorest custmer service!

I ordered a 7 piece wings and a cheese burger 1 hour and 20 minutes ago . They've served 5 people who came after me. ⭐⭐Delivery drivers .... Don't take orders from this spot unless you have time to kill.
