As long as you don't have any evictions on your report or outstanding loans you can and will be accepted. But asking on this forum isn't going to help. You'd have to fill out an application via their website or go in person go the location listed here on Google. Good luck with everything.

I do not work for, nor have I ever worked for this company. Your questions goes to "local guides". C&C claims to go by your income and other factors such as vouchers and programs also. They have a very bad reputation with a lot of people who seek housing assistance. The reputation is that "you pay a processing fee, but you never get a apartment". I would suggest to you to go directly to other management groups depending on the area you want to live in (like 238th Street, last stop on the 1 train, there's a lot of reputable agencies in that area). You may also want to try New York City Housing Connect, but there will be a wait, but you can apply for apartments in different areas online. If you want to speak to C&C directly, Google them and get their number and call, because I will not perform this act for you, since it's not my concern. Good luck finding your apartment

Wait I guess 🤷🏾‍♀️😩😩 I did one 2 years ago they called me back in a month or two but my credit wasn’t good so now I fixed my credit and filled out another one about a month ago so I’m waiting now 🤞🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
