I've been watching The Highbridge staff for years but yesterday, March 2, I had to talk to a grumpy person. I didn't like his attention, very final, like I had no desire to be in THAT place. to ask for information not so that they look at us badly or speak harshly to us. It seems that she replaced the other person who attends there.

Whoever meets the requirements they have (each apartment has different requirements). I got mine through a lottery in 2011. I literally went online & looked up 'lottery apartments in the Bronx'. I only applied for those I qualified for and wanted. I never even believed in lottery apartments, but it works. I got called for 3 different apartments, but picked one & I've been there ever since.
