Same experience in the ER. No medicine no care plan after weeks of 102-104 fever. Was asked to come back 2 days later to the ER after an alarming blood exam only to waste my time and refuse to see my child and disregarded my situation. Patient services knew the doctor and refused to give me a name and basically asked me to comply because they knew the person who sent me home. Shame on them!!!

Two caregivers per pediatric patient may visit at one time. Generally visiting hours are 9am-9pm. Parents can stay with their child 24/7.
The rooms are private rooms with large area that has it's own bathroom. They are clean and well lighted.
Hi Janet, thanks for the question. I advise you ask your grandson’s legal guardians, they should have them. The hospital has so many babies born in a day, they may not know which baby. I’m also not sure if they keep records of that stuff.
open 24/7
Not sure. I only saw discounts for parents with babies in the NICU.
The NICU is a high-security place, so unless you're a registered nurse, you usually can not. The only other option would be if the parents assign you directly with the hospital to be with your baby. Parents can choose to list up to 5 people to be with their baby. This list cannot be changed, and they are very strict with it. So unless it is family etc. I don't think there's a chance at getting to volunteer in the NICU.
All the doctor in the eye team are surgeons highly commended contact the resource center for more information they'll be able to take care of your needs
Sure your
Absolutely all guest and visitors are welcome. But we do ask to abide by the rules of the ICU which depends on the critical care and the amount of visitors visiting.

Since the start of this month visiting hours at children's hospital is now change. Visiting time is from 10am to 9pm and only 2 visitors are allowed at a time. Parent still remains unlimited
I'm pretty sure that they do but I'd call or visit their website or even better, call your provider & they'll give you a list of Drs to choose from in Columbia Presbyterian.
