I ordered online to pick up quickly during my lunch break. When I got back to work my sandwich had non of the toppings I ordered on it and I was still charged for the extra toppings. They wouldn’t give me a refund.

You are supposed to have a mask on before entering. At least that was on door. Great service as I was having a rapidly falling blood sugar (40 and falling per my glucose monitor) while the girl tried to talk me through my sandwich. She realized something was wrong and I told her I needed cookies and drink because I'm diabetic she stopped what she was doing to quickly give me 2 cookies and point out the drink machine so I could get sugar in me. To help before going back and finishing my sandwich. I did leave a tip after paying just sorry I did not catch her name.

CAUSE CYNTHIA THE STORE MANAGER SINCE MARCH DON'T HAVE ANY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE NOR ANY GOOD WORKERS LEFT. SHE ONLY HIRE WHAT LOOKS LIKE DRUG ADDICTS. WHEN SOMEONE CAN'T MAKE THEIR SHIFT AFTER 2PM ONCE SHE'S GONE INSTEAD OF HER COMING IN TO COVER THE SHIFT LIKE A STORE MANAGER SUPPOSE TO DO, SHE EITHER DRUNK OR TOO BUZZED TO EVEN COME IN. THE WHITE LADY TRACY CURSED A CUSTOMER ONE NIGHT YELLING THEY WERE OUT OF BREAD AND THE CUSTOMER CLEARLY SAW BREAD IN THE BREAD CABINET. CYTHIA DON'T CARE WHEN HER SHIFT END. SMH AND GUESS WHAT THE WHITE GIRL TRACY STILL THERE. THEY ARE NASTY AND DON'T PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST. I WOULDN'T EAT THERE IF I WERE YOU UNLESS KEIRA IS WORKING. SHE IS FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND WILL HAVE YOUR ORDER RIGHT EVERY TIME WITH NO PROBLEM.
They serve sandwiches all day. If they are open, they will make a sandwich regardless of the time of day!
