I can see why this place has horrible reviews. You have to have credit to be considered. It's low income. If I had great credit I would buy a house. She didn't even want to help me.

Had a family member that lived here. It is true that the property manager is discriminatory against other races. Her family lived there too and drove BMWs and other high-end cars, but the community is supposed to be income-restricted. Someone should report her for violation of the fair housing act.

I have called these apartments at least twice every day this past week, no one ever answers the phone. I have left multiple voicemails on the machine and no one has ever called me back. I submitted a rental application request on their website, no one ever emailed me back. Kind of glad I never got any information if there are any available apartments because I would not want to live in a community where the main office staff are not even doing their jobs

I agree with you I live in ocala and those apartments are in a bad drug area so I understand why they are deleting negative reviews because of the surrounding area

I’m 18 and honestly working on getting my life together I’m currently in and out of friends homes do they let single men stay here and can they usually get you in quick?

Ok so they accept anybody here but I believe that there's a waiting list and it's in a pretty bad area but it's a nice little startup community so for a person like you it would be perfect.

no empty apartments but u could put your self in the waiting list nd the rent is $418 a month
