I stayed here for two years and would recommend anyone looking to try Forest Hills Apartments first! Leanne and Sarah have always made me feel welcome and made my move out process super easy and painless! They even texted me letting me know my deposit was ready! While living here the maintenance men were always there to help and were always very nice while doing so! While I will definitely miss my favorite neighborhood cat Sebastian It was over all a very pleasant place to live!

I rented a one bedroom apartment at Forest Hills the end of June 2021. Leanne at the leasing office was very helpful and went over and above to accommodate me with my rental. Due to unforeseen circumstances with a death in my family Leanne and the rental staff were very understanding about my situation and honored my request to terminate my lease early. I had only lived in the apartment one month but would definitely have stayed if circumstances would have allowed. I highly recommend Forest Hills Apartments if you are looking for a well maintained and very friendly place to live.

I lived at Forest Hills for over a year and never had a single problem. Maintenance was on top of things. The area was always well kept. Sarah was great and very easy to get ahold of in the office. Great price and very spacious apartments!
