Apartment management doesn't like to make repairs. Especially to air conditioning system. Utilities run $380 a month for one bedroom. Owner has stopped pest control and apartment is crawling with roaches. Outside is very embarrassing. Original paint from over 40 years on doors, railings, and steps. Rodent droppings found out around doors. Known drug activity by landlord. There was an overdose that led to a death in an apartment a year ago. One tenant has a leaking roof that had a tarp most of the rainy season. Roof is still looking in her son's bedroom. Dogs poop on grass and there's a continuous flow of water dripping down the loading area that until recently cleaned very slimy. Under ground leaking and grassy areas over in area very mushy like a swamp.

I am just going to put this out there. This has been a pleasant experience from the very word GO when I first contacted this complex. I met a gal to view two apartments. I made my selection and began working with the agent for documents/ payment. She responds quickly and the apartment complex is quiet... It's like that show Melrose. Very quiet and intimate. I am looking forward to moving very soon and meeting new folks. I am so excited.

From 2014 Nice place, convenient location, but not good long-term. There is a sink hole on the side of the building in the back. Last owners did not notify us, and just tried to fill it in with limerock, which is not the correct way to fix a sink hole. There were actual cracks in our walls from it. Old owners fired old maitence guy, and gave copies of all the apartment keys to a guy that had been convicted of multiple felonies. Hopefully new owners are better.
