Clean with friendly staff. Haven't had to go to a laundromat in awhile, pleasant experience. Oh, they also have a casino slot game thing;)

Excellent service and super polite and helpful staff. The place is spotless and they have a lot of machines so I did not have to wait and could get my laundry in and done quickly.

Since these new people took over, the place is horrible. Been going to this laundromat for over 4 years. Half the dryers are always broken. Had one stop working in the middle of a load... got told to try a different one... no offer to …Tara, sorry you feel our place is "horrible" since we took over. I'm here everyday and we get high praise often. Regarding half the machines being broken, you know that is not true. Sure we have had some machines temporarily down, but during this pandemic and supply/parts shortage, getting parts and service has been slow. I here this daily from customers who come in with broken machines at home. Regarding your recent experience, again you are not being truthful about what happened. It is our policy not to touch our customers' laundry unless given permission or unusual circumstances. In your case, we were told by a customer who witnessed your dryer not starting. As he stated, "this young lady loaded the quarters in and hit start and immediately left. Her dryer didn't start. She looked like the daughter of the other lady who didn't stick around as the daughter put the quarters in." So as I inspected the machine, the electronic display said out of order. I reset the machine and tried to restart. The drum would not turn. So I reset a second time. The drum still would not turn. So I opened the door to check the load. Because of the amount of clothes and type (many jeans/towels) , I could tell the machine was overloaded...meaning it was over the weight capacity... 50 pounds (wet) for this machine. Since you left the building, I made the decision to take some out to get it under the capacity. I restarted the machine and that worked. I felt you would at least get some of your laundry dried by doing this. When you came back, I explained it this way. You still had 30 minutes on the machine so I assumed you would put the others in to finish your drying. You didn't say or ask anything more of me. When I asked my staff about the status of your clothes, she told me you took your clothes and left. I didn't know if you finished drying or not. We make every effort to make sure our customers have a great experience here. We often pay to restart machines, rewash clothes and more...even if it is user error. I would have been more than willing to put more money to dry your clothes. So Tara, I thought I was doing the right thing by restarting your machine. I will give you credit waiting for you to use. You can even utilize it to do our drop off service. My name is Greg, one of the co-owners. I'm here daily, just ask for me. If I'm not here, my staff always can reach me.
