Well this is a group of employees who oddly seem to be simultaneously just awful, unprofessional, rude, uneducated, joke. Normally at any company there's at least one with customer service skills , manors and common decency and at least a 5th grade education. But nope not here.

I don't understand how a city can knowingly charge people for water that is not fit to drink. Family and pets got sick recently.

The lady who answers the phone is literally SO rude. Negative Nancy. Horrible customer service. I hate going in or calling she’s literally terrible and doesn’t ever know any answers. You should get someone in there that knows what they’re doing and talking about and doesn’t have the bland personality of a angry troll.
