Only lived there 7 weeks mobile home burnt, was 3rd time they tried to blame it on us. Maintainance gerry rigs everything. Owner is over seas. Nasty place to live. Advertise 50 amp RV service and its only 30 amp. They have multiple lawsuits against them. One person goes around impersonating as maintenance man, he's not just mental. Don't trust manager she acts nice and 2 faces you.

Management is great. Very nice and welcoming. Hard working lady. Only minus is wifi is not available throughout the park but very strong cell phone signals makes up somewhat cable tv is decent and the price is great

Mine is $325. Called and the manager said there were only 2 spaces available and it was $50 to hold a lot 2 days. The $50 does not apply to 1st months rent, it just lost. When we arrived there was at least 20 spaces available. 2 weeks later there are still at least 15-20 spaces empty. Kind of rubs me the wrong way but I guess it's worth $50 to them for telling 1 little lie. Good luck.
Hey Susie I'm not for sure cuz it's my girlfriend that runs the park and she just notified me that the lot rent is 300 a month and the year of the RV does not matter and yes she has a spot her name is Ivette please give her a call tomorrow she can walk you through everything I will let her know that your name is Susie have a great evening
