Location great right off highway, close to everything. Service was ok. Pool dirty not heated as advertised. Hot tub didn't work . Flickrry light in my room. Raised price up 100 after price was already given had to speak with manager. I wouldn't go back

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We spilled a juice and wiped it up with a white towel. We were charged $100 for the towel. When we called and spoke to Katelyn the manager she was absolutely no help. Tried saying the room was trashed at first then told us it was a mistake and she had the wrong room. My $100 charge was for 1 towel. She was rude and absolutely no help. I am taking the matter to corporate and will never stay there again.

Made a reservation and paid for room. Upon arrival was told I could not check in and money could not be refunded. Management just shrugged shoulders and said sorry. Company literally robbed me and said "Oh well". I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn and hope the company goes bankrupt.

A place to stay. Booked two rooms. Couldn't put us next to each other. We ended our on different floors. Car was in drive blocking others playing very loud music. I said something to clerk, and her reply was nothing she could do. I told her to call police. I think it was her ride home.
