Best smoothies in town. A little bit pricey, but considering the fresh ingredients, etc, well worth it. We buy them at least twice a week.

I am absolutely so disappointed with Tropical Smoothie on 24th street in Port Huron, Michigan. They have lost my business. The last two times I went there, they always seem so rushed and these past two times, they also got my order wrong. Today, in particular, I was treated with such disrespect. I ordered one of my favorite smoothies, and when I pulled up to the window, the employee named Aubrey mumbled something that I quite couldn’t hear. She took my card and next thing I know she’s handing me a gift card and she shuts the window and walks away from it. I was absolutely confused because I didn’t order a gift card, I ordered a smoothie. Shortly after, she comes back to the window and I politely say “Hi, I didn’t order a gift card. I ordered a dragonfruit smoothie.” And she snatches back my card and she slams the window of the drive-thru and she practically yells at the other employee working and says “how do you do a refund!?” About a few minutes later, she opens the window and hands me four receipts and my card and my smoothie. She never once said “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”, or anything. She was very unprofessional and very rude. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Her body language was absolutely awful. I will not be coming back to this location. This used to be my favorite fast food spot, but they have surely lost a customer.

I absolutely love Tropical Cafe smoothies. My favorite one has got to be the cranberry truffle it has cranberry strawberries white chocolate and something else LOL oh it's delicious you've got to try it

Always get our order right and have really friendly staff! Absolutely no complaints about either the Marysville or Port Huron locations, they’re great! Note to corporate: Ditch the styrofoam cups! The edible straws are pointless when you are serving in styrofoam cups. Biodegradable plastic cups would be a really slick move.
