Tried calling for 30 mins and no one picked up. I just needed to be able to see if I could come in in order to do a wire transfer so that I could purchase my house but it seems as though no one wants to pick up the phone 30 mins before closing. I have never had issues with this branch before but the day I really need help I don’t receive any.

It's very easy. Bring in your ID and your information if you want to have things direct deposit into it. Open a savings account too. Every time you use your debt card $1.00 is put into your savings account. Hope this helps you.
