BEWARE. Total SCAM ARTISTS. Buyer beware. READ the fine print. Get documentation on EVERYTHING. Don't take their word for anything. They are horrible. I"m reporting to better business bureau, UCF, and the Department of Professional Business regulation with the state of FL. UPDATE: What a joke that they mention reading the lease. The issues we have had from day 1 have NOTHING to do with not reading the lease or anything related to the lease contract. But thanks for the deceitful post.

This was the worst move in day ever, the apartment had not been cleaned and was covered in dust and grime. There was rotting food in the fridge that was so kindly left by the previous renters. There were maggots and a used plunger in the utility room as well as clothes still under the dresser. Our patio with an awful view included, nasty old porch furniture and rotting rugs and old mop. Not to mention you need to be hulk to open the patio door due to the debris stuck in the door path. And our screen door, dishwasher, and air vents are broken. Great Day!

Very unprofessional staff. We're from out of state and were in town for college dropoff. We decided to tour some apartments for next year. When we asked for a tour, the front staff turned their backs and started whispering. The female turned around and said "we don't offer walk in tours" and turned and told the gentleman staff member to schedule a tour for later in the day. He looked in his computer and scheduled us for 1 hour later. Talk about inconvenient. Extremely poor customer service. Her attitude really was the problem.
