Every time I call the office the make an appointment I’vr been place on hold for over 30 mins. The last time I called the lady ask if I could be place on hold. I told her no I’ve been trying to make an appointment for the past 4 days and I keep being place on hold and forgotten! She took my info and told me someone would call me back later to make an appointment. 3days later still no call. I’m highly frustrated and disappointed.
