Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor Bolad & Ledgerwood take the time to explain to you what is going on and make sure you have the right medication to help you. The office staff is amazing and have made sure I have been seen or taken care with my many needs.

Had been a patient for years. Attitude has always kind of been it’s fibromyalgia and other type of doctor could handle it. He has even stated that. Was given multiple medications initially which ended up causing stomach ulcer and really didn’t help anyway. Recently needed another appointment because I was having newer symptoms and had to wait a month to be seen. The whole office was chaos that day. Dr Bolad overtalked me and would not listen to any of my symptoms past the very first thing I said. Said symptoms were “conflicting” but he didn’t listen and kept over talking so he didn’t get full picture. Did not take notes, review medical information or ask about other possible health issues or current meds and prescribed me new medication. When I got it filled at pharmacy, new medication was not supposed to be taken because of interactions with other meds and upcoming procedures. Ordered special labs but did not sign order so I had to go back to office for it to be signed. If he would have taken the time to actually listen, other labs would have been ordered based on symptoms and I would not have needed to wait until a follow up 2 months later to have them ordered and I wouldn’t have been prescribed the new medication. I was upset from this visit and faxed a letter to his office the next day. Person I spoke with said they got letter and would put it on his desk and I would hear something back. Never did. At follow up with Alissa (she is wonderful), I was still upset and let her know my concerns and gave her a list of symptoms. Since I was vocal about the last bad appointment at checkout, the office manager called me after I left saying that I was being “threatening” because I told her dr Bolad needed to stop over talking patients and actually listen and I would be telling him off if he didn’t listen next appointment. Was told that the person who handled faxes was no longer there so I guess he never got my letter. Office manager acted as if I was the problem since I was upset and frustrated because the doctor wouldn’t do his job properly. This was the last straw appointment with this office for me anyway because I was tired of no one answering phones or returning calls, having incorrect information entered in my medical records that they refused to correct and not being listened to. Today I received a letter from his office discharging me as a patient. Apparently he doesn’t want to be criticized or be accountable for his poor practice. When compared to other rheumatologists, Bolad’s office has an incredibly high number of google reviews with similar content in those reviews. I would be suspicious that a lot of these reviews were not made by actual patients.

I love the fact that I am seen at my appointment time, get in an out in no time and the courteous service from all office staff. Additionally, the doctor takes time to explain everything when it comes to the medications being prescribed.

I'm not sure but you can call their office, they're all wonderful and Dr. Bolad is an excellent doctor. All their staff are excellent and caring and will answer your questions. I came from New York 5 years ago and was recommended to me by my primary doctor. I'm so happy and blessed that I went to him. I even took my mother to see him and the other doctors and nurses are wonderful ❤
