Dr. Fitch is a fantastic Doctor. Great bedside manner, very professional, knowledgeable and explains everything to you. She makes me feel so comfortable and everyone in the office is so friendly.

I saw Dr.Raturi and I think she’s an amazing doctor and very understanding and she tries to get to the root of the problem. But, this office staff is not it. They don’t return calls and if they do it’s very rare. I would know because if they were returning calls then their voicemail will never be full. If you are someone who is trying to get diagnosed or love a homey feeling when going to your doctors office then I wouldn’t recommend this one. As a medical staff myself I know patients come in worry all the time and like to enter a location where not only the doctor is amazing but the staff is as well. I had to wait 15 mins at the front because the girls were having a conversation, they saw me and continued the conversation. Dr.Raturi ma is not responsive and her excuse is she has to handle other messages and that was another indicator they don’t listen to voicemails because I left a voicemail days prior before coming in the office for assistance. I think this treatment works for people really not educated the most in the medical field, but because I know exactly how the back end works and I see more patients then they do in an understaff office, I don’t appreciate their lack of effort to do their job.

I recently began seeing Dr. Raturi and could not be more pleased with her as well as with the office staff. Everyone has been extremely responsive, professional, and caring! Having read negative reviews regarding communication and responsiveness, it is clear that the office has taken important steps to rectify any issues. When I have called the office, someone has called me back the same day EACH and EVERY time I did not get through to a person. Given how short staffed all medical facilities are at this time, I am most appreciative of that and of the level of care I am receiving.
