She was in renal failure and Dr. Brady eliminated the blockages and her body is now returning to normal function!!!🙏🙏🙏Thank you!! We can not express in words how grateful we are.

My husband had an appointment took 2 hours and Dr never came but the MA came took her notes then a PA was sent in. The PA was not even aware of what the problem was and gave us conflicting stories on procedure that had been done not aware procedure was done. Would be great if they would ask if it’s ok to even see a PA when I am paying to see the Doctor not a PA, it boils down to having a little consideration. I have a pharmaceutical degree my knowledge and time is of some value. To get a PA come in asking so what is the problem here … what are you in for ????? Well take the time to read the notes and get a little familiar with the patient before even walking in. Finally after several times asking will we be seeing the Dr and the question be avoided we finally left. I understand Drs are short staffed or overly busy but we had appointment moved around to accommodate his schedule several times in the past and this is unacceptable. In my opinion we pay to see a Dr for his knowledge and professional opinion. I don’t pay for a Dr to have a PA come into a room and waste my time without any knowledge of why I am there for or have been in the past. So if your coming to see the Doctor please BEWARE!

Don’t leave a voice mail if you’re trying to get an appointment cause it won’t get returned! This practice got too big and customer service is hit or miss!
