Ok so a very eventful trip because a vent fan caught on fire in the bathhouse. We called the fire dept and it was quickly taken care of. The managers and owner visited us and everyone was very nice even other tenants. It's a mix of long and short term folks and the owner is working to make it even nicer. I would definitely stay again.

We have had our camper here a few months and we love it. Lots to do with the pool, mini golf, fishing pond and arcade room. Laundry facilities right there are very convenient as well.

Here we go! Sorry so long, but I try to call it like we see it! Reserved 3 months prior. Changed the date a few days later to ad 3 extra days and the lady asked if we had put a deposit down. No, so she said had to put 25% down-$213.75. Said it was $855. Then we arrive and that was for the month. They wanted another $275 for 3 days!!! Cancelled those since it was a month off. The park- NOTHING LIKE THE PICS!!! Rundown, crowded, no amenities but a pool, nothing special either. Fishing pond with no fish. Drained, refilled and not restocked!! Mini golf with grass growing thru, shuffleboard is a painted sidewalk and all chipped. No batting cage machine, playground equipment was run down and in need of paint. Wifi cost extra too! We also met people there that said it just went up to $975 a month!!! 45 miles from St Louis!!! Thats more than we pay in the winter in Central Florida that is a RESORT!!! The spot we were in was for 2 end to end!?!?!?. We have a 35' TT! They had us backup and had to put a small trailer behind us so we'd have a place to put our truck! A lot of the spots were crowded and hard to get into because vehicles were parked half in the road! The only thing good about the park was the workers! They did everything they could to accommodate! All that was in their power! Called corporate and they said nothing they could do!! Reserve at your own risk!

Nice pretty campground, owners very nice. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Was disappointed in the size of the cabin for the price. I guess I just expected something different.

They prefer you check in any time before 6pm because that's when the office closes but I checked in at like 11 pm and that was OK too. They are under new ownership now though so these situations may not apply anymore.

I agree it's about 40 minutes from Hermann . also from Washington towards St Louis there is alot beautiful country and wineries too I want to say that the RV Park is about 10 miles off of the Beaten Track of the wine trail.

you can tent amp, prices are good. when you enter try to go to the right . left side has to many full timers or permanent people whom feel entitled or special.
