This Clinic has the worst service ever! My experience as a patient has been so frustrating dealing with the unprofessional office staff while trying to take care of my health concerns. The person in charge of setting up referral appointments, lacks empathy and does not own up to her mistakes. The amount of time that I had to wait to get my medical results is a JOKE! I called constantly for two weeks and the office staff kept saying that their fax machine was backed up . It is also impossible to get in contact with the Doctor. I've never received a follow up call from her. I was unable to schedule my appointment to see a specialist due to being forwarded to voicemail constantly . WORST experience ever! I'm so disappointed.

I went there today for the first time. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions on filling out my paper work. They called me right away. The staff was super friendly and very professional. They took their time to ask all of the medical questions and I felt they really cared about my health concerns. They were able to refer me to different health specialist right away. I already made my appointments. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. Thank you everyone at caring hearts medical clinic!

This medical office has the worst customer service. If you have an appointment please be prepared to wait a minimum of two hours before you're taken to a room and then once in there, be prepared to wait another half hour before the the doctor or physician assistant can see you. The reception area/waiting room is dirty, the blinds are dusty and the window sill is disgusting.
