I have severe depression and went here and it just made it worse. The environment is intoxicating, the bathrooms are disgusting and barely cleaned, and the nurses are not well trained.

This place I would not recommend to anyone. My friend was there for 4 days and they tell him you can’t go to residential because we have no room so you have to leave. Why didn’t they check to see if they can place him somewhere else before letting him go. They don’t return calls back or anything. Very disappointed at this place and that they didn’t help him.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! If this is the quality mental health care provided in this area we are all in big trouble. Office is incompetant in EVERY way. Nurse practioner just barely does her job and can't be bothered to provide the referalls for what she wants done. Constant follow up after follow up. If you have anxiety, avoid. If you are depressed, this place will make it worse. I could go on but, you see, I am still following upo and need to get on with it. I shudder just thinking of my follow up appointment for my child and wonder if they will ever "find" the therapist I brought him there for.

I'm disabled and have severe depression and ptsd. Just getting ready to go to an appointment takes hours. I arrived at the place 4 mins late due to traffic, which should only take 15 mins to get there it took 49. I was immediately told not so nice of tone that I was late and need to re schedule. Or wait all the rest of the day at that office and maybe be seen. I'm disabled and can't sit in an office all day. So now I'm am out f my medicine and they won't refill it. What kind of mental health place allows a patient to go off depression medicine without letting you know ahead of time.
