Consider Gametime to celebrate my daughter's birthday, because she really enjoys coming here to play. Communication by email to reserve a spot was very effective and attentive. The Saturday of the celebration arrived and the person in charge of the events received us immediately and assigned us to the server. I don't remember his name but his attention was exceptional. When the time runs out in the Birthday Area, then the children go to play the machines, but the part that is not logical, is that we went to ask for a table and the host Britney I think it was the name, she tells us no He can provide us with a table at the moment. Then she mentioned that if we can go to a high table because not all the parents were going to go to the playground, others wanted to order food and snacks plus we had all the gifts from our daughter. The host Britney or the manager, tells us again that she cannot assign us an Area and after a while of discussion assigns us a table at the end of the restaurant. The time of the event passed and some of the guests went to say goodbye and the manager came back and told us that we can't all be in the assigned area. It was a horrible experience and the impression of a great event turned into a horrible experience.
