My experience at this Verizon could not have been better. The verizon technicians were extremely nice, knowledgable, helpful, professional and made everything go smoothly. The technician Mark made the experience very enjoyable and was very personable. I would definitely recommend him and this Verizon !

I, and my wife, recently upgraded both of our respective cell phones, and made some other cell phone plan changes. Jared Hauser guided us and provided us great advice during a detailed review of our plan. Jared was "very knowledgable" and he completed "all" of the necessary steps for this cell phone upgrade, including the data transfer to the new cell phones. The other Schenectady/Rotterdam Verizon store employees Mark and John were also professional and helpful during my follow-up communications with this store. This staff provides superior customer service, and it is the best Verizon store I have interacted with in the Capital Region.

My daughter was gifted a straight talk phone. Thry gave me an awful run around to set it up. I was honestly ready to give up and I decided to stop by the Rotterdam Verizon store. I was greeted by Mark. Who was helping multiple customers. They don't even sell straight talk and Mark took the time to help me and my 8 year old daughter. Not to mention a few minutes before closing. He was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I work for the biggest telecommunications company in the country and we could use a guy like this. I told him. And he didn't hesitate to say he loves his job and what he does. And you know what.... you can tell. This guy my daughters day. I can't recemmend Mark at Verizon in Rotterdam enough. My phone/service is free through where I work. If that was not the case I'd 100% go to Mark. I really hope he is recognized for what a great employee he is. Make this kid a manager! Everyone can learn something from him.

Yes we do. There is also a 24 month warranty on the cable where if it stops working we will replace it for you in store for a fraction of the cost.
As far as I know your phone & any passwords associated with accounts that are on your phone
