I would rate a five star but the time to get an appointment here is rediciculis I had to wait 6 months just to be seen and when your in pain that doesn't help but the doctors are great when your finally seen.

My wife was seen as a new patient my Dr. Singh and was quickly dismissed and made to feel uneasy at her FIRST VISIT. We ourselves are medical professionals and have never been made to feel this way. The doctor would not listen to what she was saying tried to add it all up to her weight and another issue WHICH WE STATED WAS ADDRESSED AND CLEARED OF IT BEING WHAT THIS PROVIDER WAS CLAIMING. As soon as the doctor saw her reaction, he quickly ended the visit. My wife left so beyond upset she did not make a follow up visit. This practice came highly recommended by ANOTHER provider which we will be letting them know how the patients are made to feel. There should have been no reason for my wife to leave there upset and still with NO ANSWERS other then go to a dentist and drop some weight! HOPING THE PRACTICE MANAGER GIVES MY WIFE A CALL BACK AND FIXES THIS MAJOR ISSUE!!!

I was trying to call the office yesterday hoping to stop by and get my lab paperwork .I called about 4 times each time on hold over 15 minutes,maybe I need to dial zero or maybe there closed today? I tried to call the line again and the lady instantly picked up the line she said to me exact words.” I know you have been calling and calling mam but you need to have some patience began to tell me that there were other people ahead of me waiting and that I needed to stop calling! I hung up the phone and said to my self a place like that will never get any of my business!!! I called another rheumatologist in clermont they were so friendly on the phone and the wait was minimal!!! This place needs to get some help !!! No one should be talking rudely to patients like that!!!The Dr I saw Dr Benny left he was awesome the first time I met him but he has left the practice …Just wanted to share this experience …
