Terrible! had a scheduled appt with a manager and when I arrived she was an hour away. Was told I didn’t confirm the appt. Why would I waste my time, travel there & show up if I didn’t have an appointment? Either she didn’t mark it down or forgot and blamed it on me. My time is valuable also. They don’t even deserve a 1 star!

USELESS PNC, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wonderful experiences at the PNC Banks in Palm Harbor and Port Richey. Needed to cancel a cashier's check and have the money wired instead. Everyone at both banks went above and beyond. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Appreciate all that was done.

They have different types of accounts that have different minimums that's pretty normal in most banks
Hello there cashier's checks are as safe as the institution itself that provides it it is guaranteed form of payment the only way you cannot get paid as if the facility that writes the check goes bankrupt hopefully PNC should make it through the sale of your automobile and you should be safe God bless you and have a wonderful holiday and a merry Christmas
