Management is so bad here. There’s always something that’s not working. The water heater isn’t working one day, the heaters would work peak winter months, we’d run out of water, pool would be closed without notice, etc. It’s like do you actually fix the root problem or you’re just covering up holes when they come up? and they wouldn’t even give a notice in advance that these things will be in repair. You’ll get an email from them in the middle of you finding out something is wrong and then boom, you don’t have water for the rest of your day. They also hide the bad reviews. They also increased rent but these problems also increased 😅 if you have any repairs needed to be done in your apartment it will take them days to actually come and fix it. on the day they said they’ll fix it, they’ll be hours late or even tell you they’re doing it the next day. We moved in to a 2BD from a 1BD and our AC isn’t even new 😂 there’s no remotes, and it’s wrapped w foil that they didn’t even fix. Our doors have to be slammed to close all the way and there aren’t even locks on doors except for the bathroom

I wouldn’t really suggest moving here. The water is out almost every 2 weeks for “repairs” and they do this without proper prior announcement. They either don’t announce it or announce minutes before they shut it off. That is wrong. You guys need to give us ample time to prepare for that! And when they say it lasts for 2 hours, it lasts for 8+ hours!!! Management has no empathy to the tenants. When you have a concern in your apartment, they don’t promptly try to fix the issue. One time they had to REMOVE our toilet. Yes, REMOVE. The guy said he couldn’t fix it and left us with no toilet for a almost 6 hours. If i didn’t complain about it they wouldn’t have offered to use a common bathroom. The reviews here are either 5 stars or 1 star. I think because the 5 star ones are fake to balance it out.

I’ve been here coming up on two years and this is not the place to be.. Management changes way too often and never answer the phone. 24 hour maintenance is useless because you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Hot water it out every other day or so without any notice. They send an email hours after the fact always indicating “emergency repair”. Someone else Is definitely controlling the thermostat because it’s either too hot or freezing never a temperature in between. We have a community board but of course you can only post positive things on it. They’ve denied all my posts for unknown reasons.
