Do not make an online order expecting the same amount you get in the restaurant! They will not put everything on your food the way it should be! Shift leader /manager I talked to didn’t seem to understand that a regular burrito should be bigger than a junior burrito. Ordered a large drink and got a small! They constantly mess up our order. Only reason we do it online is because we just had a child and want to eat something different! Disappointed really. Especially from a restaurant in Palm Harbor.

This location is so much better than the one in Oldsmar. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. Lots of salsa options on the bar.

It was 8:30 at night on a monday and they maybe gave me a pinch of chicken and refused to cook more even though they didnt close for another hour and a half. Also refused to cook more onions. I was the older lady with greyish hair and not wearing a uniform who was being rude about it. Told me “sorry, I dont care”

I really tried to give this place a chance but never again. I used to come here all the time but the service is just terrible now. The last time I came here was about two months ago and I was not able to place an order because they closed 15 minutes early. Doors locked and all. I figured this time around I’d come a little bit earlier over an hour before they close. First things first I went to order my club quesadilla which comes with bacon, but they were out of bacon. That’s not the part I have a problem with the part I have a problem with is that they tried making it without telling me that they were out of bacon and then the skinny little girl with the dark curly hair behind the counter caught an attitude about putting it on the quesadilla. I let it go though because I was trying to be the bigger person. So I proceed to check out and leave a tip even though the service wasn’t worthy of one. Next I go to fill up my drink and get some salsa but every single salsa bowl is empty. At this point I go back to the counter to ask for some salsa for the rest of my meal. Now the same little girl catches an attitude again and just walks off without saying a word. This is when I proceeded to walk out and I will not be returning. The food here is way to expensive to be dealing with this kind of service. Moe’s needs to do a better job with their hiring selection process. PS nobody screamed welcome to Moe’s when I walked in.
