It was the worst decision that I have ever took regarding bringing my children to PM Pediatrics. The receptionist was very rude to me and she even told me to look for another doctor without checking my insurance info. She always made sure that I was the last patient to be seen. Administration is unorganized, rude, less mannered and impatient. Customer service is the worst over there. There are lots of health disparities over there. Worst experience ever !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

Doctor Imtiaz is good but rest of the employees are horrible. Specially the front desk. There is no supervision.

I have never been in this place but just making a new appointment was awful because the phone line always is busy or you must to wait at least 30 minutes to talk to someone! I don’t now what happened with this place but I only wanted to get an appointment!!
