Do not go here! I requested my medical records for injections they gave me by a doctor who wasn't adequately trained and caused nodules on my face that have not gone away in over a year. I filled out their forms and called numerous times requesting my medical records be sent to me and sent to the doctor requesting them. First, I was told they did not have them, then that they could not find them, and then I was told multiple times that they could not email or mail my medical records to me, which is a violation. I should have never gone to this inferior aesthetic business. Buyer Beware.

I had botox done at Lake Mary Facility. I believe it was too much injected. I don't look like myself and I don't feel comfortable. Went back for an adjustment and it was worse afterwards. It looks like my forehead slipped down and is laying on my eyebrows. After my adjustment it made the lines come back in my forehead and still have a small lump on my forehead that I did not have before the procedure. That is too much money to pay to look worse than before the procedure. The only good thing is that the staff there are really nice and it is a very nice and clean facility.

Beyond impressed. I had my eyebrows done and a touch up was needed. I expected to be in and out in an hour, but the artist who did the touch up was incredible and a perfectionist. He is an. Stricter n Orlando and visits the facility every month. I always have my Botox done here. The staff is kind and accommodating, always keeps you informed if running late. Facility is clean and modern.
