Very fun, good for a birthday or family fun day, reasonably priced as well. Lots of obstacles and routes with varying degrees of difficulty. Overall clean space, free lockers with pin code locking mechanism was a great offering. Staff was all friendly and as professional as you could expect from teens/ young twenties. Arcade was easy to win a good amount of tickets. If I'm being picky I'd say that the staff could have been a little more cheery, the arcade was pretty small and limited prize options, also would have been easier to climb with chalk. Overall a great experience with the kids for my son's birthday.

Fantastic kids party spot! The whole staff was so wonderful and helpful. The kids had a wonderful time. It's a bit of a drive from Grand Rapids but well worth it! Pizza was fantastic too, though they were a little smaller than I expected, we didn't run out and had lots to take home. Highly recommend!

We went here for an extended family party. We found it to be clean with a variety of events for different ages and abilities. …David, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your nice comments. We're glad to hear you and your family had a great experience!

This is a great place to explore heights safely. You put on a harness, then connect to a trolley system and explore the high ropes course safely. The weight limit was 300 lbs. There are many amazing climbing walls, a slide, and zip lines. This is the greatest place for kids.Nathan, thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear you had a great time and hope you'll visit again.

It was fun and different to do. I do agree it costs alot. But it is not something done daily. It was a special day for me and grandkids and I even was able to do the rope course and many other things with them. so adults and kids are able to do something special together.
I dont know why they wouldn't! Great gift idea.
PJ, you can come in and choose from many different ticket options. For example, if you just want to do the SkyTrail Ropes Course with Zip rails, it's $15 per person. Or the climbing walls alone are $10 per person. Our BEST selling ticket (best value) is the Ultimate Combo ticket at $40 per person - it includes access for up to four hours to ALL of our attractions including the Sky Trail® ropes course with Sky Rail™ zip rails, QUICKjump free fall simulation exit, Clip ‘n Climb® walls, Vertical Drop Slide and Arcade Game Play (without prize redemption). We'd love to see you at Allegan Event! Here is a link to our pricing page: https://www.alleganevent.com/event-center-pricing
Hi Melissa - yes, we are currently offering an online special. When you purchase (pre-book) a Premier or Premier Tykes combo online you will save $5 off the walk-in admission price. If you didn't make it during spring break we will still be offering this special for the foreseeable future. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi Eric - We have a few different ticket options. We are offering a two hour play combo ticket right now that includes the SkyTrail high ropes course and zip rails, clip n climb walls, and $10 arcade credit for $25 ($19.50 for small children on the small course). Or, you can build your own and just purchase a ticket for the SkyTrail high ropes course for only $15. There are many options! Please visit our website for ticket info or give us a call at 269-430-3961 and we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. We hope to see you soon!
Hi Steve - All of our facilities are accessible so that everyone has access to the space, but our adventure activities are able body events and require walking up stairs to participate.
You are allowed to go on the course as much as you want. You can bring snacks and they plan to build a small food court type thing eventually. This place is amazing!!!
There is a separate area for smaller kids. The four-year-old will have a blast, 2 year old should also. You can always pop in there and check it out before buying tickets.
35 pound minimum for climbing walls/quick jump. 300 pound max for zipline/ropes course. 60 pound minimum for zipline.
