Great place to go if you have an hour to burn waiting in the drive-thru line. You would be finished with your meal at a sit down restaurant before you would receive your order here. And this is from the multiple times I’ve been here, not a one time experience.

After getting through the 30 minute long drive through line, they messed up my order and said it’s not on them. I handed them the receipt and it took about 5 times explaining what was wrong before they understood (so I thought) and they made me a new one which was wrong again. They finally had me pull forward and had me wait while they made another new one.

The door clearly says dine in hours 6 am. At 7:30 I walked in took the kid 20 min to even see that I was there. Then says dine in isn't open yet the door is locked. It was not locked and it says 6 am

Despite their massive lack of staff, a second shift with youngsters who do not seem to know what a job is aka as paid to work not goof around, checking your phone every 5 minutes, these people try their best, most are friendly and want things to be the way they should be.. let's try to give them a little break on their times to get orders out. And mistakes on food happens everywhere.. Hang in there allegan a brighter day will come.
