Trust me they are doing their best!
No matter when I go there I have to wait.doesnt matter what day or time.it does no good to go inside either. Need complete overhaul.owner only wants to make money not please customers.
Last time I pulled ahead they forgot me, so I won't do it anymore! !!
It took 13 min two nights ago in drive thru. 3 cars. Why didn't they have the lead car pull ahead right away instead of 12 min into it? Why did we have to wait? Inside isn't much faster.
The allegan location is much faster than most Kalamazoo locations
