I am sharing my experience with UA online store. It was a big Disadvantage! I ordered a jacket which was too big and I wanted to return it. There is NO way you can return it back to the store, you need to send it to online store to Georgia. What you get back? I paid almost 39$ for my order (tax, shipping, and price for the jacket), for the return you have to pay again 8.99$ for shipping and they're not giving back your taxes or shipping your paid when you ordered it. Basically, it is the price of a jacket minus 8.99$ for the shipping it back So I am getting back 19$. This is ridiculous I am sorry. I will never buy again from your online store! Uniform disadvantage.

We're quarantining all returns and merchandise that was tried on for 48 hours before returning them to the sale floor.

Hi Jane, We can embroider any item that was previously brought from us and products that we carry if they were bought elsewhere. We do offer embroider services at this location, but we do not embroider on site. We can answer any additional questions you may have, when you bring your item in to be embroidered. Thanks!
