Went in to sign up and was met by the laziest worker I have ever dealt with at this location. This was Mother’s Day 2022. She would not allow my husband just to look at what machines they had without signing in. And didn’t want to take the time to sign him up. Told me to use the app. I have had memberships there many times and have never been treated so bad.

Lacking in weight machines. Plenty of smith press, but limited variety of cybex type machines. Overabundance of ellipticals and aerobic machines. Don't try to lift when crowded.

The staff in general is great but then I received a call from a very unprofessional district manager named ABBEY that accused me of getting a trainer sick and making him lose money because of it. Abbey went on to say that next time I am sick I shouldn’t come to the gym. I cared so much for the staff that I made them lasagna and carrot cake and this is how I am treated. Judgment free zone? I don’t think so.

I really like the 30 minute circuit. I do it every other day and feel great, don't need any more exercise. Dissatisfied about the missing mirror on the wall in front of machine 5. I have to keep looking back to see if the light has changed to red. Reported it twice to front desk and issue has not been taken care of. The other issue is my dad was denied a key tag, an elderly man with equilibrium problems. So the 30 minute circuit is great but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

No, to have a life also I'm assuming or offering an educated guess that due to statistical process of collecting weekend data, they also figured it would make no sense paying someone to watch over an empty gym, simply because few bozos don't see past the world right behind their eyelids...
Like most businesses during these unprecedented times, we've had to alter our hours of operation for the safety of our staff, members, guests, and respective communities. Much like those other businesses, we're evaluating how things go with the reduced hours, before we can contemplate returning to our normal hours of operation. Since each club is independently owned and operated, please check with the home club manager to see if there is a timeline in place for expanding or returning to the normal club hours.
