They looked up my insurance wrong and charged me out of network. I called me insurance later to hash it out with them and this location is 100% in network and the amount they charged me isn’t even the correct out of network amount for my plan. Not sure how to even get my money back. Also, my prescription that they gave me is illegible so trying to get glasses elsewhere will be a nightmare. Do not recommend at all. And I’ve been to another Walmart vision before and loved it.

My first time coming here and it was a perfect experience! The staff were all personable and professional. The entire time I was there I observed the staff cleaning every surface. Dr. Rangel was amazing! His care and concern for my well-being was much appreciated! I can tell he cares about his patients. Thank you all for a great visit.

I made an appointment, they took every available precaution to keep all costumers and employees safe! Staff were professional and respectable! I only had to wait a few minutes to see the doctor. He was professional, he was quick, and pleasant to speak. My experience was positive and will recommend to friends and family!
