Always treated well by my PCP, and specialty doctors as well as the NPs and other clinical staff. Wait times are minimal.

I have literally been a patients here since I was born! My pediatrician was Dr Ostrovsky (then was my daughters doctor before retiring) and then Dr Frank Wilson (who actually delivered me) became my doctor before retiring. I have no complaints about the providers, they have always been extremely caring, professional and a delight to see! Now when speaking of the administration that has been put in place in the last 8 or so years is disgusting, yes gross! I have a very scarey health issue come up and was told to contact my PCP once I was revived! Monday I contacted southboro medical group( was the name before being renamed as reliant) just to find out that my doctor is no longer there and I should’ve received a letter( ALETTER) and no I didn’t get letter (mind you if they want to get a hold of you, that portal online is first thing they utilize and phone call maybe would’ve been nice) and since I never responded to the letter they choosing a different Doctor they just made me inactive and I can no longer go there because they have too many patients already! But they do think I should find someone to take care of my life threatening new issue, good luck! Yup that’s how it went! 40 years of being a loyal patient and my entire family, mom dad sister my kids aunts uncles cousins etc that’s the “care” I was offered! Real corporate and cold👏

I got a letter early in the year saying my primary doctor who I have been seeing for 5 + years is moving to virtual services.. and that all her patients will be reassigned to another doctor. Okay, No problem. Then recently I got another letter saying the reassigned doctor is leaving the practice and that the existing doctors at this practice can't take on more patients. This is ridiculous how is this my fault? A letter .... Not even a phone call. Do they really care for us? I'm Frustrated and annoyed. I'm trying out the reliant in Worcester and giving it a year before I move entirely to a different practice. Its all about customer service, respect and it's their responsibility to get the necessary resources to do their job. They have no problem taking my money so I don't have any issues leaving...

We do not have a pulmonology department in Southborough, but we do have ones at our Leominster and Worcester Medical Center locations.
