The place was very recently renovated, and most of the management personnel was replaced a couple months ago, new Administrator is doing amazing job to make sure the residents are happy and taken care of. If i could i would give it more than 5 stars.

The nurses are very rude to the patients telling me personally that I am having a change in mental status because she refused to give two of us our meds at 5&9p and again refused at midnight. I only asked for my baclofen and Tylenol. I'm supposed to get baclofen 3x/day and I only got my morning one she refused to give me anything else. She just said she was going to send me to

I give it 3 for the location and building entrance. When there is 1 case manager for the entire building, that says alot. My family member went from an Acute with 4 or 5 stars, so was disappointed when we arrived here. I would guess not the worst, however more staff alone would kale a difference. No one checked on my loved 1 for 2 days....we have to change him into clean clothes
