The receptionist, was very helpful and kind, I noticed a lady was being rude, but the receptionist was very polite. Everything else was good. The place is really clean. Thank God for the cleaning crew .

I want to say thank you to the staff at Spring Creek Rehabilitation nursing home. Since my mother went into this facility I can see she has improved. She is definitely more alert and busy. She is saying more. I have to say that there are not enough nurses. It is ridiculous to have only two or three nurses for half a floor. It is not fair to the nurses nor the patients. Everyone gets frustrated because the patients can’t get the nurses right away because there is not enough nurses, but they do what they can. I have stayed and observed it is not an easy job. Other than that keep up the good work. These seniors need you and I thank you.

Although the cleanliness and the physical beauty of this nursing home surpasses others, I would not recommend that you place your loved ones here. Most of the nurses and staff are not well trained on how to care for the sick. Nursing supervisors have bad attitudes, the size of Texas. Patients are free to take food off of other patients plate. There is no real supervision in place to prevent this. Psychiatric patients wander in your loved ones room, rummaging through the garbage can. Wound nurse and doctor is negligent in the proper management of a stage 3 or 4 wound. Food is mediocre and served cold. Many staff walk around communicating with each other in their native tongue Haitian kreyol. Nurses do not assure that your loved ones swallow their meds. Often times they just leave the meds at the demented patient's bedside. Beautiful looking place but poor management.
